The B2C Customer Experience Associate I is responsible for handling customer inquiries and order-related requests while delivering accurate, timely, and professional service. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers and is key to ensuring positive brand experiences.
Associate I team members focus on consistent execution, responsiveness, and adherence to established processes while building foundational product and systems knowledge.
This position reports to the Customer Experience Supervisor and is based out of our Bozeman, MT office.
As the B2C Customer Experience Associate I, you will have an opportunity to:
- Serve as primary responder to incoming customer contacts (email, phone, chat)
- Resolve standard order, shipment, and product inquiries within established SLAs
- Enter and manage customer orders with a high degree of accuracy
- Process returns/warranties/repairs with correct documentation
- Communicate order changes to appropriate internal partners
- Troubleshoot basic product concerns and provide clear guidance to customers
- Escalate complex or unclear issues following defined procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation in customer systems
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and teamwork

- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to learn products, systems, and processes quickly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Consistent attendance and schedule flexibility
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Strong collaborative team player, the ability to establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships.
- Able to multitask. Strong time management skills are essential. Ability to execute tasks with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Prior customer service experience not required
Pay Range:
Hourly Rate: $17.00 - $19.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
