  • 5+ years of experience in insurance technology or pricing systems development
  • Prior experience in Earnix implementation projects is highly preferred
  • Strong experience with platforms like Earnix (configuration, modeling, deployment)
  • Proficiency in Python and data handling for large datasets
  • Experience with APIs, system integration, and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms is a plus
  • Knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data modeling
  • Solid understanding of P&C insurance pricing and underwriting processes
  • Exposure to actuarial modeling, rating algorithms, and risk segmentation
  • Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in insurance pricing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Provide technical support for Earnix configuration, customization, and integration with enterprise pricing systems and workflows
  • Collaborate with actuarial, data, and IT teams to design and implement architecture supporting pricing and rating processes
  • Work with solution architects and system engineers to optimize end-to-end pricing lifecycle, including data ingestion, model deployment, and monitoring
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain Earnix-based pricing models and decisioning systems
  • Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of Earnix solutions in production environments
  • Support integration with upstream/downstream systems (e.g., policy admin systems, data warehouses, APIs)
  • Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of pricing models
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues in pricing applications
  • Contribute to best practices, documentation, and governance for pricing systems and actuarial processes

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
