Job Description

The Business Intelligence Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing reporting and analytics solutions that support performance management within a B2B Sales environment. This role transforms complex data into actionable insights, delivers automated reporting, and supports business decision-making across Operations, Workforce Management, Finance, and Client teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and automate operational, performance, and client reporting.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, data models, and visualizations using BI tools.
  • Analyze sales, operational, and performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by reconciling multiple data sources and resolving discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, reporting processes, and executive-level dashboards (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs).
  • Leverage Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Query, DAX, and automation tools to improve efficiency and reporting accessibility.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization and reporting automation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Reporting, or a similar analytical role.
  • Experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or BI Associate required.
  • Previous experience in a BPO, Contact Center, Sales, or Operations environment is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with Power BI, Excel, Domo, Tableau, Looker, or similar BI platforms.
  • Knowledge of SQL/T-SQL, relational databases, ETL processes, and data transformation techniques.
  • Experience with Power Query (M Language), Power Pivot, DAX, data modelling, and dashboard development.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate or other workflow automation tools is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, transform, validate, and interpret large datasets.
