Role responsibilities

The engineer will lead end-to-end development of AI-based solutions to enhance the Amazon Connect Voice channel. This includes collaborating with senior technical leaders and Applied Scientists to deliver scalable and resilient systems.

Requirements

Candidates need 3+ years of professional software development experience and 2+ years of system design or architecture experience. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
