This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. * Lead cross-team and organizational virtual teams to deliver program and project initiatives for MCAPS Academy organization that deliver business value. Collaborate with business partners in the MCAPS organization by aligning on business and learning needs to inform skilling needs for field roles Collaborate with Global Skilling Strategic Skilling Managers to analyze new and existing skilling needs and business requirements, skilling plans, and project initiatives Develop and maintain strong communications and relationships across your business partners and internal MCAPS teams Design and develop engaging learning content by applying proven instructional design principles, ensuring materials are learner-centric, interactive, and aligned to business objectives Drive innovation and experimentation into programs to drive high levels of engagement and efficacy with our learners Be data-driven, monitoring and tracking adoption and reach of program portfolio and initiatives and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and data-driven analysis. Be AI forward, accelerating AI and Copilot usage by prioritizing hands-on learning, experimentation, and deployment of meaningful AI/Agent solutions.
