Eurofins companies offer a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products.In 2024, Eurofins generated total revenues of EUR € 6,515 billion, and has been among the best performing stocks in Europe over the past 20 years.Job DescriptionPosition Summary: Interpreting and entering client samples into computer system; managing large projects; maintaining client files; delivering rush samples; serving as information contact at receipt of samples in an efficient and detailed manner with a high degree of quality.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriateApplies the highest quality standard in all areas of responsibilityDemonstrates and promotes the company visionDemonstrates strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaborationProactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivityMeets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaborationRegular attendance and punctualityLog samples into Lab Management Information System (LIMS) and assign testing by using a client supplied sample submission form.Ensure timely and accurate documentation.Identify discrepancies and communicate with sample and/or project managersLabel samples and perform a label audit step to ensure accuracy of entryEnsuring sample integrity is maintained which includes proper storage, inventory and reconciliation.Read, understand, and carry out SOPs; follow all safety precautions and proceduresAbility to learn new tasks quickly and to move easily from task to taskAbility to use a personal computer and learn necessary programsOrganizational ability and good judgmentSelf-motivation; excellent quality of work and attention to detailCommunicates effectively with client staff membersConducts all activities in a safe and efficient mannerPerforms other duties as assignedQualifications Basic Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalentAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipAdditional InformationWorking schedule will be Full-Time Mon-Fri, 12pm-8pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, PA are encouraged to apply. 25% travel may be required.
