Job Description

Job Summary：

• MEMS sensor final testing platform planner
  • Platform capacity planning investment planning
  • KPI achievement
  • RPP coordination
  • Ramp up management in NPI
  • Customer window for customer satisfaction

Job Responsibilities:

• Platform capacity planning
  • Basic data maintain in MTO or planning system
  • Generate TEK chart to evaluate capacity Mid-term and Long term
  • Execution for delivery fulfillment with capacity plan
• KPI achievement
  • WIP reduction (WIP inventory)
  • TPT achievement (Throughput time)
  • Delivery fulfillment tracking
• DLR and OPL problem solving
• Coordinate technical RPP on platform/product level
  • Analyze cost report and guide team to find RPP elements
• Join SET for the product with high maturity
• ECR Implementation
  • Coordinate to define ECR implementation date
  • Follow up ECR status
• Routing (VT & TEB)
  • Maintain production routing and planning
• Control Plan, FMEA, Process flow Coordination and update
• Product EOP/EOL follow up
• CIP and PS activity
• BPS standard execution
• Ramp up management in NPI, focus on execution level.

Qualifications

• Electrical & Communication Engineering, Microelectronics,  Bachelor degree

• 2~5 years+ experience in Semiconductor Testing / process

• Familiar with Semiconductor process and final testing process

• Experience with product manufacture planning

• Good communication skill

• Fluent oral and written English
