Inpatient Physical Therapist Facility Olympia Fields Hospital Location US-IL-Olympia Fields ID 2026-270026 Category Clinical Professional Position Type Per Diem Shift Days Job Type Non-Exempt Overview Department: OFIL Physical TherapyShift: Per Diem, DaysFacility: Olympia Fields Hospital Location: 20201 South Crawford Ave, Olympia Fields, IL 60461 Responsibilities Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders.  The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1.      Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.2.      Current state Physical Therapy license.3.      Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
