Serve as an Account Manager/Project Manager supporting OPM's government-wide HR technology and talent management solutions. Partner with Federal agencies, vendors, HR staff, and technical teams to implement, improve, and sustain HR systems and services; manage project activities; analyze customer needs; provide consultation, training, and change management support; and improve HR operations and service delivery.
As an Account Manager/Project Manager: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Federal agencies, providing strategic consultation, responding to customer inquiries, and building strong relationships to support successful use of Human Resources Solutions (HRS) products and services. Plan, coordinate, and manage implementation and enhancement projects by developing project plans, monitoring progress, identifying risks, and supporting change management activities to ensure successful adoption of HRS solutions. Provide business and technical consulting by analyzing agency requirements, recommending system configurations and best practices, and helping agencies optimize business processes using HRS products. Deliver customer engagement activities, including product demonstrations, training, workshops, and presentations to support implementation, adoption, and effective use of HRS systems. Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to identify enhancement opportunities, communicate product capabilities, resolve complex issues, and serve as a subject matter expert on assigned HRS products, including Core HCM, USA Staffing, USA Hire, and USA Performance May be responsible for developing statements of work, tracking project finances, managing billing, and determining pricing.
