Under general supervision, performs a variety of food service tasks such as assembling patient meal trays, producing cold food items, portioning, review of patient meal tickets and preforming cleaning and organizational tasks. Adheres to all sanitary regulations governing the handling, storage, preparation and serving of food. Expediters work closely with Meal Service Representative, Dietitians and the Cooks to ensure quality meals are produced in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:
- Upon hire: National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 year healthcare food service experience.
- 1 year modified diet and clerical experience.
