You'll take ownership of critical areas of the month-end close and play a key role in shaping the financial  insight that drives decisions across the business. If you're aligned with our values and genuinely excited about this opportunity, we'd love to hear from you - even if you don't tick every box.Qualified ACA/ACCAMinimum of 1 year in industry (e-commerce or beauty background is preferable, but not a necessity)Detail-oriented, with strong analytical, communication, and problem solving skills Curiosity about how AI and workflow automation can drive efficiencies and create new opportunitiesExperience in agile environments, being able to effectively solutionise in periods of positive change Experience with NetSuite is advantageosStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with an appetite to keep developing your skillsExperience with multi-currency balance sheet reconciliationsA self-starter who takes full ownership of processes, seeks to improve them, and isn't afraid to challenge the status quoSomeone who consistently raises the bar on output and process quality Job responsibilities Owning key areas of the month-end close process, including our largest cost lines such as logistics and marketing spendPreparing segmental P&L reporting and balance sheet reconciliations at month endCollaborating with the wider accounting team to prepare analysis for the management accountsPartnering with teams across Beauty Pie to ensure all costs are captured accurately and on timeSupporting statutory reporting and ensuring compliance with legislative requirementsActing as a key point of contact with our auditors - helping prepare the annual Financial Statements and contributing to an efficient audit processManaging US sales tax, including quarterly return reconciliations, filing deadlines, and staying current on nexus changesApproving purchase orders, invoices, and matching bank paymentsOwning external reporting requirements for key stakeholdersPreparing departmental reporting and variance analysis, partnering with business teams to understand costs, performance, and drive collective financial insightContributing to projects aimed at driving growth, improving processes, and enhancing the quality of our financial outputSupporting the Senior Financial Reporting Manager with ad hoc financial analysis, reporting, and administration Job benefits Hybrid working with 3 days in the office in central London Free membership to Beauty Pie+ and additional percentage off our products25 days holiday & your birthday off Flexible bank holidaysEqual leave for all new parents regardless of gender or personal circumstancesHealth & WellbeingPrivate Medical Insurance Menopause support£2,500 / $2,500 to spend on your fertility journey after 2 years of service 10 therapy sessions through AXA PPPAccess to mental health support through SpillApply now for a chance to be part of an inspirational, international and talented team.
