JOB DESCRIPTION
- Lead and manage bonding operator during spool fabrication to ensure daily target and quality requirement are met.
- Assist senior or lead operators, set up tools, load/unload materials, and keep equipment in optimal working order
- Able to interpret spool drawing and material list to guide accurate fabrication.
- Identify, report and resolve technical issue during fabrication process including drawing issue and discrepancies
- Monitor daily production progress and provide any relevant report that assign to ensure bonder meet output requirement
- Able to perform and provide guidance during the whole process of spool assembly.
- Follow company HSE procedures, immediately report hazards, accidents, or near-misses.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at the end of every shift.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- The candidate must have minimum High school certificate or equivalent.
- 3-5 year on spooling fabrication experience.
- Proficient in English with verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Physically fit: able to stand for extended periods and safely lift heavy objects.
