As a Pricing Technology Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in guiding multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative pricing strategies and profitability solutions for our clients. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on analyzing client needs, developing customer-centric solutions, and providing strategic guidance to enhance customer experience and drive business growth. Your work will involve optimizing pricing models and assessing customer profitability to maximize value for our clients.

As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams, developing deliverables within client service engagements. You will build meaningful client connections, anticipate needs, and embrace increased ambiguity to deliver quality work. Your role will involve mentoring Associates and other junior team members, navigating complexity, and growing your personal brand and technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be at the forefront of commercial transformation, equipping teams to create connected customer experiences and drive revenue growth. You will engage with clients to transform how they activate and scale in the market, utilizing your understanding of Salesforce and Dynamics platforms to modernize sales, marketing, and customer service functions.

Responsibilities

Project Governance & Delivery Management 

• Support project governance across functional design, development, testing, deployment, and hypercare workstreams. 

• Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, risks, issues, and action items across PwC and client teams. 

• Support sprint cadence, status reporting, RAID updates, release checkpoints, and leadership review preparation. 

• Work with project leads to track sprint goals, release objectives, delivery timelines, and implementation checkpoints. 

• Escalate blockers, delays, dependency gaps, or resourcing concerns to the PMO Manager or project leadership. 

Agile / Scrum Execution 

• Act as Scrum Master to support Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and defect triage meetings. 

• Help ensure user stories are clearly defined, estimated, and ready for development. 

• Track progress of user stories, defects, change requests, dependencies, and sprint commitments. 

• Follow up on story completion, defect resolution, and closure of open items. 

• Prepare sprint metrics such as velocity, burndown, backlog health, defect aging, and release readiness. 

Jira / Project Tracking Tool Management 

• Maintain Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tracking tools for project execution and reporting. 

• Maintain sprint boards, dashboards, filters, reports, and project views for team visibility. 

• Ensure Jira hygiene for story status, assignees, priorities, due dates, comments, blockers, dependencies, and defect severity. 

Status Reporting & Leadership Communication 

• Prepare inputs for daily and weekly project status reports for PwC and client stakeholders. 

• Update dashboards covering timeline status, sprint progress, risks, defects, testing progress, and key decisions needed. 

• Summarize project health, open blockers, delayed items, and upcoming milestones in a concise and actionable format. 

• Provide timely updates on development progress, QA execution, SIT/UAT readiness, release status, and dependencies. 

Risk, Issue & Dependency Management 

• Maintain RAID logs and action trackers under guidance of the PMO Manager or project leadership. 

• Track blockers with owners, due dates, next steps, and escalation status. 

• Identify and flag risks, and dependencies. 

Testing, Release & Hypercare Coordination 

• Support QA leads and functional teams in tracking SIT, regression testing, UAT, defect retesting, and business sign-off. 

• Track test execution progress, defect status, blockers, and pending clarifications. 

• Support release planning by maintaining readiness trackers for scope, defects, deployment dependencies, cutover tasks, and approvals. 

• Track post-deployment hypercare issues, ownership, resolution timelines, and business impact. 

Documentation & Process Discipline 

• Maintain sprint plans, meeting notes, action trackers, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and governance documentation. 

• Ensure project documentation is current, organized, and accessible to relevant stakeholders. 

• Support standard templates, reporting formats, meeting cadence, and delivery process discipline across workstreams.
• 3-5 years of experience in PMO, Scrum Master, project coordination, Agile delivery, or technology implementation roles. 

• Experience supporting enterprise technology implementation projects, preferably in pricing, CPQ, ERP, CRM, revenue management, or commercial transformation. 

• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum practices, sprint planning, backlog tracking, defect management, and release support. 

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools for tracking, reporting, and dashboards. 

• Strong communication and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple follow-ups, deadlines, dependencies, and stakeholders. 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Management, or related field preferred.

  What Sets You Apart

• Scrum Master, Agile, SAFe, or project management certification preferred. 

• Prior experience supporting Pricefx or pricing transformation projects. 

• Experience in consulting delivery environments with client-facing responsibilities. 

• Exposure to SIT, UAT, release management, cutover planning, and hypercare coordination. 

• Experience working with distributed global teams across multiple time zones.
