As a SAP MM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting team, specializing in SAP Procurement. You will focus on implementing, configuring, and maintaining the SAP Procurement module to streamline and automate procurement processes, including purchasing, supplier management, contract management, and inventory management. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will help clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, and uphold professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and configuration of the SAP Procurement module to streamline procurement processes
- Managing supplier relationships and contract management to optimize operational efficiency
- Analyzing client needs to develop and execute software solutions that align with strategic objectives
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of business applications
- Overseeing inventory management processes to enhance procurement operations
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and encourage professional growth
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with firm guidelines
- Embracing technology and innovation to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 to 11 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Procurement solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement, SAP Ariba, SAP Fieldglass, or related spend management credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Ariba and SAP Procurement modules
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive Source to Pay (S2P) transformation
- Excelling in supplier relationship management and spend analysis
