This role combines technical expertise and customer engagement to develop customized cooling solutions for mission-critical Data Center environments. You will work closely with customers, consultants, application engineers, and sales teams to position Carrier’s industry-leading technologies and drive project success.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers, consultants, and project stakeholders to understand technical and business requirements for Data Center projectsSupport the development of customized cooling solutions, including chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, liquid cooling systems, and controlsCollaborate with Application Engineering teams to evaluate system designs and recommend optimal solutionsDeliver technical presentations, solution proposals, and product demonstrations to customersLead discussions on energy efficiency, lifecycle costs, ROI, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)Review project specifications and identify opportunities to position Carrier solutions in the early design phaseSupport commercial negotiations, proposal development, and contract discussionsWork closely with sales and service teams to support project execution and long-term customer relationshipsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field2–5 years of experience in HVAC applications, pre-sales engineering, plan & spec, solution engineering, or technical salesKnowledge of chiller systems, Data Center cooling, CRAC/CRAH, controls, or mission-critical infrastructureStrong understanding of HVAC system design and energy-efficient solutionsComfortable presenting technical solutions to customers, consultants, and decision-makersStrong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial awarenessGood command of English and ThaiCarrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
