We are an owner-managed, independent company headquartered in Switzerland with engineering and production facilities in Germany and regional offices world-wide. We are looking for you to join our team in Białystok, Poland immediately or upon availability in a 60-100% capacity.Your ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Finance & Accounting Specialist to join our growing international team. This is a unique "360-degree" role for a professional who excels in Polish accounting & tax compliance and international reporting, while also being capable of managing HR administration and general office operations.The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our Polish entity and Global Headquarters, ensuring financial precision, regulatory compliance, and organizational excellence. ResponsibilitiesFinance & Tax Management: Oversee full-cycle invoicing processes, accounting and ensure compliance with Polish accounting and tax law (VAT/JPK, CIT, PIT, transfer price).Comprehensive accounting services, including the recording of business transactions, analysis, and reconciliation of accounting entries, and management of KSeF (National e-Invoicing System).Manage cash flow and foreign exchange (FX) flows, optimizing multi-currency transactions and mitigating risk.Prepare International Reports for Global HQ in English.HR: Supervise HR-related matters, including employee documentation, onboarding/offboarding, contract management, compliance with Polish Labor Law, and payroll coordination.Office Administration: Manage office operations, including vendor relations (IT, facilities, insurance) and administrative budgets.Your ProfileExperience: Minimum 5+ years in a finance or accounting role, preferably within an international environment.University degree (Finance, Accounting or equivalent)Financial & Tax Compliance: Expert in VAT, CIT, and PIT within the Polish regulatory framework.International Reporting: Proficiency in preparing financial statements and management reports.Mindset: High analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
