Your future position As a Junior Container Shipping Analyst, you will produce market analysis on global container shipping using Kpler's Container Intelligence data, translating data into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders. Your future position As a Junior Container Shipping Analyst, you will produce market analysis on global container shipping using Kpler's Container Intelligence data, translating data into actionable insights for clients and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Produce regular and ad-hoc analysis on container shipping trends (vessel utilisation, trade flows, terminal performances, disruptions)

Monitor key trade lanes and provide commentary on supply/demand dynamics

Track port and terminal performance metrics

Support client-facing reports and thought leadership content

Respond to client and internal data requests

Provide domain expertise feedback to the product team
Experience & Background

1–3 years at a shipping line, terminal operator, or port authority; practical knowledge of container shipping operations and market dynamics.

Desirable: Familiarity with data platforms (Alphaliner, Drewry etc.); exposure to commercial or planning functions
