Job Description
Ready to kick-start your career in digital media? As an Online Marketeer at Publicis Groupe, you’ll work on campaigns for leading brands such as Disney, FrieslandCampina en Stellantis from day one. You’ll learn the trade in practice and grow, step by step, into a specialist with the guidance of experienced consultants.
You don’t need years of experience; curiosity, energy and a willingness to learn matter more. You’ll join a team where ideas are welcome, questions are encouraged, and your growth matters from day one.
Search, Social, Programmatic or Retail: you don’t have to make that choice on your own. During the application process, we look together at your background, interests and team fit, and decide which team suits you best. That’s where you’ll start, learn the trade from the ground up and build a solid foundation.
You’ll work on our clients’ goals within a strategy that has clear KPIs, and you’ll work together with your colleagues and the client to achieve those objectives. You’re eager to learn and ambitious, and you challenge each other and the client to find the best way of working. You’ll do this under the guidance of experienced consultants in the team.

Responsibilities
What will you be doing?
- You set up, run and optimise online campaigns, under the guidance of experienced consultants
- You manage campaigns at both a strategic and operational level within your team (Search, Social, Programmatic or Retail)
- You analyse campaign and analytics data and adjust campaigns using the right tools
- You create reports using platform data, Google Analytics, Looker Studio or other tools
- You spot market trends and contribute ideas on innovating and improving campaigns
- You maintain contact with both clients and platforms
- You share knowledge and trends, both internally and externally
Qualifications
Who are you?
- You have a passion for digital marketing
- You have a completed higher education degree (HBO/WO)
- You’re eager to learn and want to deepen your knowledge of the digital media field
- You’re analytical, results- and client-oriented, accurate and a real team player
- You have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Dutch is a plus
