Job Description

As a POS & CB Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring complete, accurate, and on-time POS submissions while proactively preventing non-compliant data. You will support the POS Quality team with file submission tracking and customer follow-ups, work closely with POS/CB leadership and channel partners, and lead proactive analysis to identify and correct issues once data is posted. Your focus is on proactive engagement with key partners to raise compliance and reduce quality issues at the source. 

 

Responsibilities 

• Ensure complete, accurate, and timely submission of POS data from channel partners.   

• Lead missing data follow-ups and monitor pre-conditioning quality checks (SISO).   

• Coordinate across team members and support Quality Specialists on missing files/data.   

• Proactively analyze posted data to identify errors and trends, drive corrective actions.   

• Engage directly with customers to prevent recurrence and improve future submissions.   

• Maintain focus on main channel partners to minimize quality issues and rework.  

• Manage monthly volume while maintaining SLA commitments.  

• Missing data management: Lead follow-ups and tracking to ensure required data is received on time.   

• Pre-conditioning quality oversight: Monitor SISO checks and ensure adherence to quality gates.   

• Quality support: Collaborate with Quality Specialists to resolve missing files/data and close gaps.   

• Proactive analysis: Identify possible errors once posted; implement corrective/preventive actions.   

• Customer engagement: Drive proactive contact with customers to correct data for future submissions.   

• Stakeholder coordination: Work closely with POS/CB leadership and cross-functional partners to resolve issues quickly and effectivel
