It’s real systems, at real scale, people solving some of the hardest challenges in technology today.We’re looking for people who want to build, solve, and operate at that level.Join us and let’s shape the future of data.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Support Devices Analytical Services Engineers and supervise operators in material analysis tasks using SEM/EDX, Raman, and FTIR techniques while ensuring adherence to established protocolsTrain Devices Analytical Services operators on DAS Lab procedures, safety standards, and develop training documentation and standard operating proceduresPerform routine maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting, and sample preparation using appropriate analytical techniques to ensure optimal instrument performanceAnalyze and interpret analytical data, generate technical reports, and implement quality assurance procedures to maintain data integrity and laboratory standardsEnsure compliance with laboratory safety protocols and maintain a safe working environmentManage laboratory inventory, equipment logs, and consumable supplies while collaborating with cross-functional teams on laboratory-related initiativesQualificationsREQUIRED:Bachelor's degree in Chemical Science, Materials Science, or a related field0-3 years of experience in a scientific, laboratory, or analytical field (new graduates are welcome)Demonstrated proficiency in operating analytical instrumentationStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurancePREFERRED:Hands-on experience with SEM/EDX, FTIR, or Raman spectroscopy techniquesLaboratory safety certification or trainingExperience in a supervisory or mentoring capacityCORE COMPETENCIES:Analytical equipment operation and technical documentationProblem-solving, troubleshooting, and independent/collaborative work abilitiesStrong organizational and time management skillsCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentAdditional Information#LI-JJ1WD thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
