Replenishment Planner/Buyer

Job DetailsJob Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90212Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $84,000.00 SalaryFabFitFun is seeking a Replenishment Planner/Buyer to join our Merchandising team!

Location: 

This role is based out of our HQ in Beverly Hills, CA and is not eligible for remote. We are presently operating from a hybrid schedule of 4 days a week in-office (Monday-Thursday).

What You’ll Do:

Own demand forecasting for 300+ SKUs, optimizing turn and maximizing revenue across channels by setting reorder points, safety stock levels, and order quantities.
Manage seasonal flow of inventory, pricing, and allocation across multiple channels and tools, identifying slow-moving items and proposing action plans.
Serve as the Refills point of contact for participating brands, issuing seasonal unit forecasts, managing POs, and resolving brand issues.
Conduct regular analysis of inventory performance and seasonal reporting, plus ad hoc analysis to support replenishment program growth.
Own topline strategy for program growth from both an assortment and internal execution standpoint. Work with AI tools to automate internal processes & maximize efficiency in demand planning and execution.

QualificationsWhat You’ll Bring:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of experience, preferably across multiple roles in Merchandising/Logistics (Merchandise Planning, Buying, Supply/Demand Planning, Replenishment).
Analytical skills, strong ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Forecasting, proficiency in various forecasting methodologies and tools with the ability to create and expand on existing tools as necessary.
Relationship management, successfully foster highly effective and collaborative cross-functional relationships.
Problem-Solving, proactive and effective problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Communication, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to detail, meticulous and accurate in data entry and analysis.
Adaptability, ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Systems and tools acumen, advanced Excel skills required, with experience in reporting tools preferred and an aptitude to learn technical applications quickly.
Organizational and Management, strong organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated familiarity and working fluency with modern AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and similar platforms.
Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate market research, assortment analysis, vendor communication drafting, and business insights.
Experience using AI to synthesize data, generate summaries, and streamline workflow execution.

Compensation

This is a full-time position with an expected base salary range of 80K - 84K plus annual bonus eligibility. The compensation package will also include an initial equity grant, in addition to a range of generous medical, dental, vision and other perks & benefits. Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of job-related factors such as skill set, geographic location, market demands, experience, and education / certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications.
