- Review incoming Clearance, Rating, Binding, Endorsement requests from brokers, agents, Insureds and Underwriters
- Extract data accurately as required by the SOP
- Complete notification (via system or email) to downstream team(s) and/or customer as per SOP
- Must have experience in insurance back-office processes
- Ensure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA are met
- Ensure that the quality of the transactions is in compliance with predefined parameters
- Must have fundamental knowledge of US insurance, understand different types of requests received and systems used in insurance processes
- Ensure adherence to established attendance schedules, Company Policies and Procedures
- Detailed knowledge of specific department products, workflows and procedures related to work performed
- Excellent interpretation skills
