The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As the Marketing Specialist supporting the Wound Care portfolio within Solventum's Advan‐ced Wound Care (AWC) business, you will contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives that support business growth and market expansion in Brazil.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams, you will help identify market opportunities, support portfolio management activities, generate customer and market insights, and execute marketing programs that strengthen customer engage‐ment and business performance.
This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and execution excellence to support the growth of a leading healthcare portfolio.
As a Marketing Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and business plans for the Wound Care portfolio within the Advanced Wound Care (AWC) business.
- Execute demand generation, customer engagement, and market development initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Partner with Sales, Clinical Specialists, Medical Affairs, and other internal sta‐keholders to support portfolio growth objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive activities, and business performance to identify opportunities and risks.
- Monitor key business metrics and prepare analyses to support decision-ma‐king and portfolio planning.
- Assist in the development and implementation of go-to-market plans, marke‐ting campaigns, and commercial programs.
- Support portfolio management activities, including product launches, lifecycle management, and pricing initiatives.
- Ensure marketing activities and materials comply with local regulatory and cor‐porate requirements.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related fields and experience with Product Management, Marketing, Portfolio Management, or Busi‐ness Development.
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- Previous experience in Product Management, Marketing, Portfolio Management, or Busi‐ness Development.
- Strategic marketing and product management capabilities
- Experience in portfolio management, demand generation, and business growth initiatives
- Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Advanced English
- Current, valid Driver’s License

- Strategic pricing knowledge.

- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Advanced Spanish Level is a plus
Work location:
- Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Campinas at least 1 day per week)
Travel: May include up to 20% domestic
