About the Role

LingoAce is seeking an experienced Academic Services Manager, K–12 Math to build and improve the academic support students receive outside the classroom.

This role will oversee homework support, academic Q&A, progress monitoring, learning intervention, progress reporting, and parent-facing academic feedback. You will partner with Teaching, Curriculum, Product, and Operations teams to improve student outcomes and the overall learning experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and continuously improve K–12 math academic services, including homework support, academic Q&A, office hours, and progress tracking.
  • Analyze classroom participation, homework completion, assessments, and other learning data to identify student needs.
  • Partner with teachers to develop targeted support plans, monitor progress, and adjust recommendations.
  • Establish consistent processes for post-class feedback, periodic learning summaries, and parent communication.
  • Develop service standards for response time, support quality, student follow-up, documentation, and escalation.
  • Use learning data and family feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and identify improvements.
  • Document best practices and train or coach academic support staff as the function grows.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
  • Experience with a leading online learning platform or education technology company, particularly one offering high-touch academic support and ongoing services for students and families is a huge plus.
  • Hands-on experience delivering K–12 academic services, including homework support, academic Q&A, progress tracking, learning intervention, and reporting, with the ability to turn learning data into actionable recommendations.
  • Strong knowledge of K–12 math and the ability to assess student needs and evaluate the quality of academic support.
  • Strong project management, analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
