Here’s a glimpse:Support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding and maintaining HR documentationAssist in planning and organizing office activities and employee engagement initiativesHelp with front desk duties and general office coordinationManage office supplies, deliveries and inventory to keep things running smoothlyOrganize meetings, company events and travel arrangementsMaintain internal documentation and filing systems while liaising with vendors when neededYour profileAll right, that was quite the journey, wasn’t it?To thrive in this role and enjoy your internship experience, your background should look something like this:Currently enrolled in an MBO, HBO or University program such as Business Administration, HR Management or Office ManagementEnrolled for the full duration of the 6‑month internshipStrong organizational and communication skillsConfident working with Microsoft Office toolsEnglish C1; Dutch B1 or higher is a plusProactive, detail-oriented and eager to learnComfortable working independently as well as part of a teamAvailable onsite in Amsterdam at least 4 days per weekWhy us?You’ll join a supportive HR & Office team that values collaboration, growth and ownership.
