Recent publicly announced partnerships include collaborations with KPMG, Cognizant, and Rackspace Technology focused on deploying AI agents, small language models (SLMs), and governed enterprise AI platforms across regulated industries such as banking, healthcare, insurance, and life sciences.The RoleWe’re seeking an accomplished Global Account Director- GSI Partnerships to drive revenue growth through Uniphore’s relationships with Tier 1 Global System Integrators. You carry an individual quota, own deals end-to-end, and personally drive multi-million-dollar joint pursuits with GSI partners.You’ll cover named Tier 1 GSIs alongside our VP-level alliance leaders, adding capacity to scale a proven playbook that’s already generating significant revenue. The named accounts exist, the partnerships are active, and the deals are in motion. Your job is to close them.This is a top-priority function for Uniphore’s growth.Key ResponsibilitiesGSI Partnership SalesOwn and deliver revenue targets tied to assigned GSI partnerships.Execute joint account planning with GSI partners to build and advance pipeline.Drive partner-sourced and influenced opportunities through the full sales cycle.Sales ExecutionLead enterprise sales engagements from opportunity identification to close.Present Uniphore’s AI solutions and craft value-based business cases for executives.Negotiate complex agreements to ensure win-win outcomes.Relationship ManagementBuild and sustain trusted senior-level relationships with GSI sales leaders and practice heads.Act as the primary point of contact for sales execution with designated GSIs.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Marketing to deliver co-branded campaigns and joint events.Align with Product and Solutions Engineering to ensure partner solutions address customer needs.Work with Customer Success to ensure adoption and expansion of GSI-driven deployments.Performance &...
