Open up opportunities with HPE.Job Description: Transition Managers partner closely with HPE teams to manage HPE Greenlake infrastructure deployment projects. Transition Managers work with new logo customers and/or new solutions for existing customers for the deployment and onboarding of HPE Greenlake solutions. The Transition Manager will plan, control, and manage corporate, customer and third-party vendor efforts.Transition Managers will develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, resolve tactical and/or strategic project issues, develop and execute project plans for the successful startup and deployment of the HPE Greenlake solution to steady state. Key focus is to ensure the project completion leads to an exceptional customer experience through management of scope, schedule, resources, finances, and risks.How you´ll make your mark:Develop and maintain a strong trusted relationship with multiple HPE functional teamsObtain understanding of project scope and alignment to customer’s business and IT needsQuickly establish stakeholder relationships and leverage clear, concise communication to maintain alignment of project scope, timeline, and milestonesFacilitate and lead meetings with both internal and external stakeholdersManage customer and HPE team expectationsLeverage active listening and observation to identity risks/problems and proactively recommend and implement innovative solutions to mitigate/eliminate issues.Escalate for management support.Enable your curiosity to identify and recommend process improvements and operational efficienciesUse knowledge of HPE solutions to identify and develop business growth opportunities within the projectDeliver to HPE contractual agreements, HPE Service Delivery Guides and/or customer statement of work.Maintain forecast for all projects in GIFT or other authorized tools.On occasion (not regularly), may need to assist with a customer and/or project need outside of normal business hours.About you:Ability to develop meaningful relationships, network, rapport and trust in a remote model.Critical Thinking and strong organizational and planning skills.Proficient knowledge and proven success in project management skills (PMP certification or willingness to pursue a project certification path).Ability to utilize project management tools.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot).English level advanced.Preferred Skills:Proficiency in French is a plus to support French-speaking clients.What We Can Offer You:Health & WellbeingWe strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.Personal & Professional DevelopmentWe also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
