About this opportunity:

Join our global logistics team as a Logistics Manager, leading end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, international freight, reverse logistics, and spare parts distribution. This role is responsible for driving service performance, operational excellence, LSP management, cost control, and continuous improvement through digitalization and AI-enabled logistics solutions.

What you will do:

Lead regional logistics operations and SAR flow performance.

Ensuring KPI and SLA achievement across reverse logistics, repair, replenishment, and spare parts delivery.

Manage LSP performance, logistics budgets, and operational governance while driving process improvements, automation initiatives, and cross-functional projects to enhance service, cost efficiency, and customer responsiveness .

The skills you bring:

Minimum 6+ years of logistics, supply chain, or operations experience, preferably in multinational and cross-border environments.

Strong expertise in warehousing, transportation, reverse logistics, LSP management, KPI-driven operations, and cost management, combined with analytical problem-solving skills.

Stakeholder management, and an interest in leveraging digitalization, data analytics, and AI to improve supply chain performance.

BTech /BE /Master’s Degree in any industry (supply chain management, Logistics, Operation mgmt,, industrial engineering)

Having CSCP/ CLTD would be an added advantage.

Experiences in managerial or leadership roles will be an advantage.

Preferably having experience in managing cross-border or international logistics for multinational business.

Good understanding of AI / Machine Learning concepts and their application in supply chain (e.g. forecasting, network optimization, risk sensing)

Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled use cases (e.g. demand volatility, capacity constraints, lane optimization), and drive data-informed decisions by interpreting and acting on AI model outputs.
