Your role and responsibilities
Responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing the comprehensive training program and associated operational logistics within a digital transformation and/or SAP S/4HANA implementation program—ensuring that end users acquire the necessary skills to adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working—and that each training activity is conducted with the highest level of quality, timeliness, and coverage.
The role manages the detailed planning of the training schedule—coordinating with functional, technical, and change management teams to ensure alignment of training content with redesigned processes—manages logistical resources (LMS platforms, virtual and in-person classrooms, materials, instructors)—and tracks training progress and coverage using compliance and effectiveness metrics.
The role acts as the liaison between the Change & Training team, process leaders, super users, and end users—ensuring that the learning experience is consistent, scalable, and aligned with the program’s critical timelines, especially in the periods leading up to go-live.
Required technical and professional expertise
• Responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing the end-to-end training program and related operational logistics within a digital transformation and/or SAP S/4HANA implementation program, ensuring end users acquire the necessary skills to adopt new processes, systems, and ways of working.
• Extensive experience coordinating training programs, learning management initiatives, and supporting organizational transformation projects, including participation in ERP implementation or large-scale digital transformation projects, preferably SAP, coordinating end-user training activities across multi-site or multi-role environments.
• Experience administering LMS platforms (SuccessFactors Learning, Cornerstone, Moodle, or others), as well as using content authoring tools such as Enable Now, Articulate, and Captivate.
• Ability to develop and manage training needs matrices, training schedules, attendance records, and training coverage reports.
• Skilled in coordinating multiple stakeholders simultaneously under tight deadlines, with strong attention to detail, commitment to deliverables, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with Change Management, functional, and business teams in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Exposure to AI Applications: Familiarity with applying AI concepts to business transformation and change management, including leveraging AI-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. • Behavioral Science Knowledge: Understanding of behavioral science principles and their application in organizational change management, enabling the cultivation of essential leadership qualities and attitudes. • Human-Centered Design Thinking: Exposure to human-centered design thinking and its role in developing innovative solutions that prioritize human needs and experiences.
