This position partners closely with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Manufacturing, IT, and Master Data teams to review data issues, support change requests, document process standards, and help strengthen data governance practices. It is a developmental analyst role for candidates with strong analytical skills, ERP exposure, and interest in data governance and process improvement.

  • Support governance and maintenance of planning master data related to internal STO and tolling flows.
  • Review, validate, and help maintain material attributes, source/supply relationships, planning parameters, procurement settings, and replenishment controls that support internal transfer and tolling processes.
  • Identify data quality issues that disrupt STO creation, tolling execution, MRP recommendations, ATP availability, procurement execution, inventory visibility, or reporting.
  • Partner with planning, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, IT, and master data teams to resolve data defects and improve handoffs.
  • Support documentation of standard work, approval paths, data ownership, and exception handling for planning data governance.
  • Analyze recurring issues and recommend preventive controls, metrics, and process improvements.
  • Assist with SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA readiness activities, including data cleansing, validation, testing, and process alignment.
  • Support dashboards, trackers, and recurring reviews that monitor data quality, request aging, compliance, and corrective actions.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, manufacturing support, master data, analytics, ERP support, or a related operational role.
  • Exposure to SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, or another ERP platform.
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills, with ability to work through large data sets and identify patterns or exceptions.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate across multiple functions.

WE VALUE

  • Exposure to SAP Material Master, SAP MM, MRP, ATP, STO, source lists, purchasing info records, special procurement, or tolling/subcontracting concepts.
  • Understanding of master data management, data governance, process compliance, and data quality concepts.
  • Experience with Power BI, SQL, data visualization, workflow trackers, or reporting tools.
  • Supply planning, logistics, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, or customer service operations experience.
  • Ability to explain data issues in practical business terms and follow up through resolution.
