As a Workday HCM- Associate 2, you will engage in consulting services for Workday human capital management applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will help clients optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management to achieve strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of your development, applying a learning mindset to adapt to diverse client needs and team dynamics. You will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, actively listening and expressing ideas clearly. By embracing challenges and ambiguity, you will use these experiences as opportunities for growth, building commercial awareness and understanding how your work fits into the overall strategy.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively
- Providing training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management strategies
- Engaging in business analysis to identify opportunities for business process improvement
- Supporting project management tasks, including project budgeting and workforce planning
- Utilizing workforce analytics to inform strategic human resource planning and succession planning
- Participating in change management initiatives to drive successful HR transformations
- Gathering and interpreting data to provide insights and recommendations for organizational development
- Applying a learning mindset to develop skills and knowledge in business application consulting
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and contributing to team success

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting
- Engaging in business process improvement and change management
- Utilizing strategic human resource planning and talent management
- Applying business analysis and workforce analytics skills
- Managing project budgeting and HR project management
- Excelling in communication and active listening skills
