This is a job opportunity for someone eager to expand their skills in business development and grow within a dynamic, science-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administration support to the sales team as requiredMonitor incoming enquiries and ensure they are responded to in a timely manner and input into the CRM system where applicableSetting up of agreed contracts, pricing structure and testing packages in the quotation system.Preparing domestic and transactional quotationsAdministration supportContinuous improvement – identification of opportunities for improvement of quality and servicesSupport field and office-based team as requiredActively promote Eurofins directly to our customers through calls, emails, etc.Support the implementations of company systemsQualificationsA qualification in Business / Marketing or Science or experience in Administration in a similar role.  C2 ProficiencyGood commercial awareness and business acumen.Ability to understand client’s requirements and to be able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions.Highly organized, accurate and strong documentation skills.Passionate about administration, quality and customer serviceProficient in all Microsoft Packages.Who we are looking for:Highly motivated, professional and enthusiastic individual who can work well within a busy multi-disciplinary technical environment as well as under their own initiativeAbility to work well under pressureAbility to multi-task, prioritize, organize and co-ordinate both your own workloadAbility to understand customers’ requirements and to be able to devise and articulate the most appropriate solutions.Skills to influence others to achieve common goals for the benefit of our customersConfident approach with strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to form strong working relationships with colleagues, partner laboratories and customersAdditional InformationWe support your development!
