The Head of Supply Chain Data & Reporting reports to the Head of DSC Network Management, a member of the Dia Supply Chain Leadership team. This role defines the strategic vision for a data-driven Diagnostics supply chain. You oversee the deployment of all relevant tools to establish a "single source of truth" for supply chain relevant data for the entire Diagnostics division. Acting as the Data Domain Owner, you build the connection between technical IT architecture and business execution, between DSC, RDT and RSS, ensuring global KPI governance and empowering the organization with actionable, real-time insights.

The Opportunity

  • You define the strategic vision and technical direction necessary to build a competitive edge through an integrated, data-driven supply chain across our Diagnostics Division.

  • You champion data consistency and accuracy, establishing a "single source of truth" across all key global supply chain processes from planning to delivery.

  • You oversee the centralization of complex data sources and systems into our modern global data platform, building a robust foundation for advanced analytics.

  • You deploy cutting-edge Self-Service Business Intelligence (BI) and Process Mining solutions (such as Tableau and Celonis), empowering the wider global organization with actionable insights.

  • You act as the strategic connector bridging technical data architecture and business execution across global functions, enterprise projects, and external partners.

  • You lead global change within complex matrix structures, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making to enable strategic goals regarding efficiency, flexibility, sustainability, and resilience.

  • You serve as the formal Data Domain Owner for the division, exercising strategic influence and providing the holistic insights necessary to drive divisional efficiency.

Who You Are

  • You possess a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • You bring a minimum of 7-8 years of experience within the Supply Chain domain, with a proven track record of building data ecosystems and applying data governance principles.

  • You are an experienced leader with a background in guiding multi-cultural teams and managing change or conflicts within global matrix structures.

  • You possess strong technical competencies in global enterprise resource planning systems (such as SAP), modern data platform solutions (such as Snowflake), and visual analytics platforms (such as Tableau).

  • You are a systems thinker with strong analytical skills, able to influence executive stakeholders and transform complex data challenges into integrated, future-ready business solutions.

  • You are an authentic and courageous leader who builds trust through transparent communication, challenges the status quo constructively, and fosters an environment of psychological safety.

At Roche, you’ll thrive in a culture that values different perspectives and creates a place of belonging, where we challenge ourselves to excel and achieve strong results, together.
