Technical Program Manager I - Finance Data & Experiences

Program Delivery Support the planning and execution of reporting and data modernization initiatives. Gather and document business requirements from Finance stakeholders. Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories. Partner with Engineering and Analytics teams to help deliver reporting and automation solutions. Assist with backlog management, sprint planning, testing, and deployment activities. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation efforts. Build relationships with Finance stakeholders to understand reporting challenges and opportunities. Participate in requirement reviews, stakeholder meetings, and solution discussions. Support initiatives involving financial reporting, forecast reporting, budget planning, and headcount reporting. Analyze reporting processes and identify opportunities to improve data quality and usability. Contribute to process documentation, training materials, and adoption plans. Participate in operational excellence and reporting governance activities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field AND 2+ years of experience in program management, project management, business analysis, data analytics, software engineering, or related disciplines. Experience supporting Finance, Accounting, FP&A, or related business functions. Experience with Power BI, SQL, Excel, or enterprise reporting platforms. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps. Experience with process automation and AI-enabled productivity tools. Experience working with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, or headcount reporting processes. Experience working with data, reporting, business intelligence, or analytics solutions. Experience gathering business requirements and working with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication and organizational skills.
