Texas Instruments is seeking an experienced Layout Designer to join our team! Responsibilities include:
- Development and preparation of multi-dimensional layouts and detailed drawings of the semiconductor devices from schematics and related geometry provided by design engineering
- Work may be completed through use of CAD equipment
- Checks dimensions, writes specifications, and verifies completed drawings, art work or digitized plots
- May check design layouts and detailed drawings
Minimum requirements:
- Associates degree
- Minimum 5 years of relevant layout experience.

- Ability to quickly ramp on new systems and processes
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery
- Experience in advanced analog layout techniques for performance-sensitive designs
- Familiarity with reliability, ESD, electromigration, and high-current layout considerations
- Experience contributing to layout flow improvement, methodology development, or automation
- Experience mentoring junior engineers or leading layout execution for complex blocks
