Associate Patient Care Coordinator - Medicine Faculty Practice
The Associate Patient Care Coordinator serves as first point of contact providing excellent customer service to patients or visitors in person or by phone and acting as a liaison between patients and providers throughout the administrative flow of the patient experience. This entry-level role involves learning and gaining experience in all core front and back office duties. Typically supports routine and basic healthcare services to ensure smooth clinic operational excellence in support of Providence patient and their families.

Required Qualifications:
6 months Customer service related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
6 months Office experience, preferably in a medical office. Recent experience in the medical field.
6 months Electronic Medical Record.
