- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and development of comprehensive solution architectures that address complex client challenges.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and project contributions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Solution Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and robust technology solutions that align with business goals.
- Experience in integrating diverse technology platforms and ensuring seamless interoperability.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into clear architectural frameworks.
- Skilled in evaluating emerging technologies and recommending their adoption to improve solution effectiveness.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions.
