Position in PIOGO at Getafe Plant. Place Purchase Orders according to the Purchase Request on behalf of the commodity. Actively involved in the management of the material flows in order to ensure that outsourced and purchased products are delivered on time, quality and cost to satisfy customers and launch first level of corrective and preventive actions. Manage inventory and order management expressed with the suppliers.

RESPONSABILITIES:

This profession is responsible for coordinating the link between the manufacturing units/stations and the supply and demand population or other manufacturing unit, by ensuring and coordinating the deliveries until the part is available in stock.

They act as an ‘’interface’’ between manufacturing customers, program, quality, physical logistics, planning and ordering population within the site and between AIRBUS sites.

Main activities:

  • Manage the full supply lifecycle for assigned programs, from demand planning through to final delivery.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, internal departments (Production, Engineering, etc.) and Logistics to ensure the timely and quality delivery of materials.

  • Conduct supply risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure supply continuity and program performance.

  • Implement, monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate and improve supply chain efficiency.

  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within supply processes and propose innovative solutions.

  • Stay up to date with market trends and relevant regulations affecting the aerospace supply chain.

  • University degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Proven previous experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably within the aerospace or industrial sector.

  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles and tools, including MRP and ERP systems.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

  • Advanced level of English (C1 or equivalent), both written and spoken.

  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic environment.
