Program Aides for Aggie Park are utilized on a part-time basis to assist with larger events. The duties of these staff can adjust based on the event & expectations, but common needs are interacting with our patrons regularly, following the directions of our event managers, & working with large-scale traveling productions to ensure expectations are met.
Essential Duties
Event Customer Support
- Interact directly with customers & clients to ensure proper rules are followed while also ensuring client safety
- Quick decision making based on customer requests
- Other duties as assigned
- Assist crew members with event setups and breakdowns

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate to selected hire’s experience.

Required Education:
- High School Diploma or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work evenings and weekends
- Stand for long periods of time
- Lift 25 pounds or more.
