Role:

Implements HR strategies aligned with business objectives, provides guidance on HR policies and practices, and fosters a culture of employee engagement and development.

This is a temporary 12-month role and will work weekens.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborating with management as a strategic advisor helping identify and prioritize HR initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.

  • Aligning HR policies and programs for their business unit or region which promote employee engagement, retention, and performance.

  • Acting as a trusted coach providing guidance to leaders and managers on HR-related matters, including performance management, compensation, and benefits, etc.

  • Analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities and develop a story to provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.

  • Leading team of HR professionals to collaborate effectively with other Centers of Excellence and serve as thought leaders to the business and HR.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Fluent English (Intermediate to Advanced)

Below are some of the most important skills that are required in this position:

Decision Making and Critical Thinking:

  • Application of structured problem-solving methodologies (Lean, A3, fishbone diagrams, RCCA, percentage analysis, among others).

  • Strong analytical capability to support strategic decision-making in organizational environments.

  • Sense of urgency to prioritize and resolve critical business situations.

Leadership:

  • Management and administration of HR projects, ensuring delivery against objectives and timelines.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on talent development within the team.

Employee Relations:

  • Solid knowledge of current labor legislation (Federal Labor Law, internal regulations, employee relations, among others).

  • Handling of labor relations and resolution of workplace conflicts.

  • Promotion of a positive work environment aligned with company policies.

Influencing:

  • Effective communication across all organizational levels, from operational staff to executive leadership.

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills to drive HR initiatives.

  • Ability to build credibility and trust across the organization.

Data Gathering and Reporting:

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Collection, analysis, and interpretation of data to generate strategic reports.

  • Tracking and monitoring of key HR metrics and indicators.

Considerations for the best candidates:

  • Advanced English

  • Proficiency in Power BI and Power Apps for data visualization and process automation.

  • Certification in Lean methodologies such as Green Belt or Six Sigma.

  • This position is scheduled to work on first shift during weekend

  • This is a temporary position with a duration of 12 months.
