This position is responsible for ensuring laboratory readiness, maintaining organization, and supporting operational efficiency across multiple laboratory groups.Key Responsibilities:Maintain laboratory cleanliness, organization, and compliance with established standards.Order, receive, inventory, organize, and stock laboratory supplies, reagents, and consumables.Perform routine maintenance, monitoring, and documentation for laboratory equipment and controlled environments.Support LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.Assist with a variety of operational, organizational, and administrative tasks that support day-to-day laboratory activities.Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company procedures and quality requirements.Complete assigned responsibilities efficiently, with a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and teamwork.Support special projects and perform additional duties as assigned. QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:HS diploma (Associate's degree in Chemistry, or related discipline, preferred)Ability to work in the U.S. without restriction or sponsorshipIdeal Candidate QualificationsThe successful candidate will possess:Strong organizational, time management, and computer skills.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.The ability to learn new techniques and processes quickly.Strong multitasking skills and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.A demonstrated commitment to following instructions, company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.Previous experience working in a GMP-regulated laboratory environment is preferred.Experience supporting laboratory operations, inventory management, or equipment maintenance is a plus.Additional InformationWorking schedule will be Mon-Fri, 8:00am-4:30pm with...
