About this Role
This internship offers an opportunity to learn about IT operations, customer support, and technical problem-solving in a professional environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist with first-tier support for Helpdesk requests under supervision.
- Help install and configure approved applications for end-users.
- Support laptop imaging and setup processes.
- Assist in updating documentation for IT processes and procedures.
- Learn to work with Active Directory, Microsoft Office, and other applications.
- Participate in special projects and other IT-related tasks as assigned.
What You'll Bring
- Currently enrolled in a college program (Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred).
- Basic understanding of computer systems and software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly.

Pay range for this role is $24/hr.
