As our Senior Producer, you'll partner closely with the London based On-Air (live streaming) team to develop and evolve end-to-end production workflows and deliver best-in-class client experiences, establishing a US base for our well-established webcast and virtual event offering. This role combines hands-on production oversight with a focus on scale, engagement, and operational efficiency, dealing directly with Fortune500 and multinational companies.What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the delivery of high-profile live, virtual and hybrid webcast productions from planning through to post-event reporting.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time delivery, exceptional quality and an outstanding client experience.
- Develop production plans, schedules, run-of-show documents and staffing plans, coordinating internal teams, clients and external partners.
- Act as the primary client contact, leading rehearsals, speaker preparation and live event execution while resolving issues in real time.
- Continuously improve production workflows, processes and SOPs to drive efficiency, scalability and operational excellence.
- Support the UK Team Lead with resource planning, delivery oversight and operational performance, deputising when required.
- Provide expert input into client presentations, proposals, RFPs and solution design to support business growth.
- Stay at the forefront of webcast technologies, AI tools and production best practices to enhance delivery and audience engagement.
- Monitor budgets, resources and event performance, using data and insights to improve future productions.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, security and privacy standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 27701) while maintaining the highest production and brand standards.
- Travel as required to support client meetings, live events and team collaboration.
About You
- 8+ years' experience delivering complex live, virtual and hybrid events or webcasts within a corporate, agency or enterprise environment.
- Expert knowledge of webcast production, live streaming technologies, AV systems, broadcast workflows and technical troubleshooting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-profile productions, leading projects from planning through delivery while balancing budgets, resources, risk and tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors and stakeholders to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Commercially minded, with the confidence to contribute to client pitches, solution design and pre-sales discussions.
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in fast-paced live production environments.
- Familiarity with video production standards, post-production workflows, AI-powered production tools and quality, information security and privacy best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Media, Broadcast Production, Communications or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), with flexibility to travel and support events outside standard business hours across the USA.
