The R&D Portfolio & Ecosystem division is responsible for shaping and executing the R&D partner strategy across Development Partnerships and Joint Development Model (JDM) Partnerships. The organization drives partner enablement activities, fosters strategic ecosystem collaboration, and leads the governance and orchestration of internal and external R&D project portfolios, ensuring alignment with budget, resource, quality, and timeline objectives.

As a Working Student, you will support strategic and operational initiatives within the R&D Portfolio & Ecosystem team. You will gain hands-on experience in project portfolio governance, ecosystem development, business analysis, and partner collaboration while working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Prepare project status reports, lead sub-projects and monitor target achievement
  • Document work results and maintain project documentation
  • Create presentations and visualizations for stakeholders
  • Support developing financial and valuation models
  • Facilitate workshops and team meetings
  • Coordinate and run small projects or project modules

Required skills and qualifications

  • Enrolled in a degree program, desirably in a Master`s degree, in business administration, economics, telecommunications, or a related field
  • Good understanding of the telecommunications industry
  • Practical experience in project and process management
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Structured, analytical way of working
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and German
