Global P+ Supplier Portfolio Integration Specialist

Join our global Procurement Plus (P+) team and play a key role in supporting supplier portfolio integration activities associated with Accenture acquisitions. This role is responsible for managing the transition of acquired companies' supplier portfolios into Accenture's procurement environment, ensuring alignment with global processes, standards, and governance requirements.

The successful candidate will collaborate with Procurement teams, category specialists, and business stakeholders across multiple geographies to drive supplier dispositioning activities, support data validation efforts, monitor project progress, and facilitate a smooth supplier integration process. This role requires strong project management, stakeholder management, and procurement knowledge to manage multiple acquisition projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the integration of supplier portfolios from acquired companies into Accenture's Procurement Plus framework.
• Validate supplier data and ensure information accuracy throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Coordinate supplier dispositioning activities, partnering with Procurement and business stakeholders to determine appropriate supplier strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with acquisition stakeholders and global Procurement teams.
• Facilitate status meetings, track action items, manage risks, and escalate issues when required.
• Monitor multiple acquisition projects simultaneously and provide regular progress reporting to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to supplier integration and procurement processes.

Basic Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Minimum 2 years of Procurement experience.
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with supplier or vendor management activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
• Knowledge of procurement transformation, supplier lifecycle management, or integration projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
