Medline’s MBA Internship Program offers MBA students a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully while developing the analytical and leadership skills needed to grow their careers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This 12-week summer internship is designed to immerse professionals within our Human Resources organization, tasked with analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations that influence key business decisions. Interns will gain exposure to senior leaders, participate in professional development sessions, and build lasting connections through curated networking opportunities.
Job Description
Internship Responsibilities:
Intern responsibilities will vary based on functional placement, but typical responsibilities include:
- Identify meaningful workforce insights and translate data into actionable business recommendations.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking or market research to inform internal strategy and drive business decision-making
- Deliver a high-impact project that influences HR or business decision-making.
- Support strategic initiatives, process improvements, or cost-savings efforts
- Collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Product Management, Finance, and more to solve real business problems
- Prepare leadership-ready presentations or reports to share findings
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing an MBA Degree
- 3+ years of professional business experience in Human Resources or a relevant field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with data
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors along with preferred negotiation experience
- Demonstrated ability to present to senior management with the purpose of influencing decisions

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$92,000.00 - $138,000.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
