This role serves as a strategic Talent Advisor to business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and regional stakeholders, ensuring the attraction, assessment, and hiring of high-caliber talent to support Solventum's growth strategy.The successful candidate will combine strong recruiting execution with market intelligence, talent consulting, workforce planning support, direct sourcing capability, and stakeholder influence to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes and candidate experiences. The role will also contribute to regional Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvement, diversity hiring efforts, employer branding activities, and capability-building programs.As a Senior Talent Advisor, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
