Job Description
- Payment Processing: Oversee and manage the processing of various types of payments, including electronic transfers, checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Transaction Monitoring: Monitor payment transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile payment transactions and accounts to ensure all payments are accounted for and discrepancies are resolved promptly.
- Month-End Closing: Assist with month-end closing activities, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports.
- Data Analysis: Analyze payment data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze payment reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Compliance: Ensure all payment activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of payment operations.
- Performance: Achievement of all the established goals both individual as well as whole department ones according to the SLAs and/or operational metrics.
- Support: Demonstrate problem ownership and task coordination skills in day-to-day job. Provide support to other departments regarding payment-related inquiries and issues.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
