- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of technology strategies that support enterprise transformation goals.
- Facilitate communication and alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
- Strong analytical skills to assess technology platforms and identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Experience in advising on platform selection and technology value levers within complex enterprise environments.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
