Where you come in: * Provide support to Dutch-speaking Dexcom users via phone, email, and web forms. * Assist with inquiries related to Dexcom apps, software, and hardware, offering clear troubleshooting and guidance. * Act as the first point of contact for users and healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate documentation and high-quality service. * Maintain and update user accounts, process replacements, and follow up as needed. * Participate in product training and stay up to date with new releases. * Ensure compliance with quality standards, data privacy, and regulatory requirements. * Contribute to a high-performing support team by meeting service level goals and promoting best practices. What makes you successful: * You’re fluent in both Dutch (or Flemish) and English, with strong communication skills across all channels. * You’re confident using Windows and major web browsers and have experience supporting mobile apps (iOS & Android) and cloud-based systems. * You have a natural talent for troubleshooting and problem-solving, paired with excellent customer service and phone skills. * You listen actively, communicate clearly, and show empathy — creating positive experiences for every user. * You’re detail-oriented, quick to learn, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Travel Required: * 0-5% Experience and Education Requirements: * Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent. Flex Workplace: * Your primary location will be your assigned Dexcom site, but you may work part of the week from a home office.
